2. Service Performance
All performance modifications, including engine diagnostics, exhaust systems, and suspension upgrades, are carried out with precision-engineered components. However, performance tuning may affect vehicle warranties and emissions ratings. It is the client's responsibility to verify the legality of modifications for road use in their specific jurisdiction.
IMPORTANT: High-performance modifications increase stress on mechanical components. Eire Tuners provides a limited warranty on labor but does not cover secondary component failure under extreme use.
3. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and proprietary tuning profiles displayed on this site are the property of Eire Tuners. Reproduction of these materials without explicit written consent from our Dublin office is strictly prohibited.
4. Booking and Cancellations
To provide high-quality service, we require a minimum notice for booking cancellations. Deposit requirements for custom aesthetic modifications and exhaust system fabrication will be detailed at the time of quotation.
5. Liability
Eire Tuners shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of modified vehicles. We recommend professional driver training for vehicles with significant performance increases.
